With only the "g" left out of horsing around Raptors have to prove that they have "GAME".
With the pre-season approaching the Raptors have been left with the question "is this what were going into the season with?". All hopes of proving people wrong this season and least wining more than the expected 27 games is more than just a stone throw away. The Raptors now have the six man of the year on their roster and one of the best reserves in the league Leandro Barbosa. He has averaged 14.7 ppts in the last five seasons in his career, and average 9.5 ppts last season, he will hopefully bring some needed experience to the team, and finally prove than he's not just the best bench warmer in the league.
Now the team does have one thing covered that they had been lacking since Vince Carter had left and that was athleticism, other than your post man Chris Bosh as the forefront. The Raptors had glimpses of the 1998-99 last season with Demar Derozan, Sonny Weems, and Amir Johnson, and with this season and pre-season coming up lets see if maturity plays a part in winning the very tough 82 games. The team has heart, and determination shown from last season but with their poster child gone and no leader, does the team have enough game?.
